Life has become expensive. So has struggling with it.

It’s no secret that the cost of living has risen sharply. But for many, the cost of not being okay is rising too. When therapy feels like a luxury reserved for the few, people either settle for what they can get or go without entirely.

We believe that high-quality, professional therapy shouldn’t be a privilege. It’s a necessity for a functioning, healthy society. By rethinking how therapy is delivered and managed, we’ve created a model that brings down the hurdles without lowering the standard of care. Because when people are supported, they do more than just get by - they thrive, they flourish. And we think that’s worth every penny.

A different way to make therapy affordable.

Experienced oversight. Developing practitioners. Meaningful support.

We believe that high-quality mental health support shouldn't be a luxury. By pairing experienced supervisors with dedicated practitioners entering the field, we create a sustainable model that reduces costs without compromising on the depth of care. It’s about building a community where everyone grows together.

Individuals

Access high-quality, supervised therapy at a price point that respects your budget, ensuring consistency and long-term support.

Developing Therapists

Join a nurturing environment that prioritises clinical growth, offering rigorous oversight and the chance to make a real clinical difference.

Employers

Provide your team with meaningful mental health benefits that are ethical, effective, and sustainably integrated into your culture.

Great organisations are still full of human beings.

We know that the boundaries between work and life aren't as tidy as we might like them to be. People don't leave their anxieties, family challenges, or grief at the door when they sign in. A culture of performance can only be sustained when it's built on a foundation of genuine human support. We believe that when organisations invest in the mental health of their teams, they aren't just ticking a box - they are ensuring the long-term resilience of their most valuable asset.

You can build an exceptional workplace. But your people will still be people.

Sometimes the answer is to spend differently.

Investing in your people shouldn't be about just increasing a line item in a spreadsheet. It’s about ensuring that the resources you do have are directed where they can do the most good. We work with organisations to rethink how they deliver emotional and psychological support, moving away from expensive, passive insurance models towards proactive, meaningful care that actually gets used.

OUR PURPOSE

To make meaningful psychotherapy accessible to more people.

Psychotherapy should not be a luxury reserved for the few. Our purpose is to dismantle the barriers that prevent people from seeking the support they deserve. By leveraging a different model that values both clinical excellence and economic sustainability, we ensure that high-quality, professional therapy is within reach for everyone, regardless of their background or budget.

Our pricing model for 'everyday', 'leadership' and 'executive' in COR for Business is designed to make our business sustainable while delivering on our purpose.

What matters to us.

01

People first.

We believe therapy should be built around humans, not commercial quotas. Every decision we make starts with what's best for the individual.

02

Radical honesty.

We’re transparent about our model, our pricing, and how we work. Trust is built on clarity, and we prioritise honest conversations at every level.

03

Lasting accessibility.

Affordability isn't a temporary offer. We are committed to a long-term model that keeps meaningful therapy within reach for more people.

04

Rigorous quality.

Lower cost doesn't mean lower standards. Our oversight model ensures every practitioner is supported to provide exceptional care.

05

Empathetic workplaces.

We see work as a human endeavor. We partner with organizations to build cultures that truly support the people within them.

Therapy that meets people where they are.

We believe that high-quality therapy should fit into the reality of modern life, not be a luxury reserved for a few. By removing the traditional barriers of high costs and rigid structures, COR makes professional support attainable for everyone who needs it.

Whether you prefer to connect online from the comfort of your home or meet us in person, our therapeutic approach is designed to be as flexible as it is effective. We focus on creating a space where you can be yourself, ensuring that the support you receive is meaningful, personal, and grounded in your day-to-day experience.

We want to understand the difference we're making.

Measuring the impact of therapy is complex, but it is also essential. At COR, we don't just provide support; we continuously evaluate how our approach affects the lives of those who use our services. By combining clinical oversight with qualitative feedback, we ensure that our practitioners are delivering the highest standard of care while remaining responsive to individual needs.

Transparency is at the core of our model. We believe that by understanding what works and where we can improve, we can build a more effective, accessible, and sustainable therapy service for everyone. Every interaction is an opportunity for us to learn, refine our methods, and deepen our commitment to the people we support.

We're building something for the long term.

We're a new kind of social enterprise. That means we don't have shareholders. Instead, we have a purpose: To make therapy better for everyone involved.

We're building a sustainable model that can grow and support more people for years to come.

More accessible. More affordable. More personal. And always serious about the responsibility that comes with supporting people.
